Emotionally Focused Therapy

I often use a scientifically--validated approach when providing therapy called Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT seems to be superior to other forms of evidence-based treatment. It seems science has discovered how God has created us to connect. When using Emotionally Focused Therapy as a therapist sacred moments seem to emerge where couples and individuals move towards their goals for therapy.
